Vohira opened its doors in 2015 when three session drummers decided to create a space where rhythm education meets practical musicianship. Located in the heart of London, our facility houses six soundproofed practice rooms equipped with acoustic and electronic drum kits from brands including Yamaha, Pearl, and Roland.
What started as a small studio with 12 students has grown into a learning center serving over 200 drummers annually. Our team consists of eight instructors, each bringing between 7 and 15 years of performance experience across genres from jazz to metal.
We teach drummers to develop timing accuracy, dynamic control, and stylistic versatility through structured lessons and regular performance opportunities. Every student receives a personalized curriculum based on their current skill level and musical interests.
Our instructors hold certifications from institutions including the London College of Music and have performed with touring acts across the UK and Europe. We maintain a 4:1 student-to-kit ratio during group workshops, ensuring everyone gets adequate practice time. Whether you're starting at age 6 or returning to drums after years away, we structure lessons around measurable progress markers and realistic practice schedules.
