We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Vohira provides professional drum instruction services, including but not limited to:
All lessons are conducted by qualified instructors with extensive experience in drumming and music education.
Students or their legal guardians must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Students under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our programs. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring minors comply with these terms.
Payment for lessons and services must be made according to the following conditions:
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If Vohira needs to cancel a lesson, students will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refunds for prepaid lessons are available within 14 days of purchase, minus any lessons already taken. After this period, refunds will be issued only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

All content provided through our website and lessons, including but not limited to educational materials, videos, music arrangements, teaching methods, and proprietary techniques, are the intellectual property of Vohira and are protected by copyright laws.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials provided during lessons without express written permission.
While we take every precaution to ensure student safety, Vohira and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur on our premises or during our activities. Students participate in lessons at their own risk.
We recommend that all students have appropriate personal insurance coverage.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
